Accepted Answer

Once you purchase a 3D model on BlendViz.com, you can download it instantly from the order confirmation page.

The downloaded zip archive contains:
• The .blend file (Blender format)
• Associated textures (2K–4K resolution)
• Organized materials and proper labels for immediate use

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link, and you can also access your 3D models directly from the order confirmation page.

⚠️ Downloads are available for a limited time (24 hours) or up to 24 download attempts, whichever comes first. Please save your files immediately to your device or cloud storage.

Will my 3D models be stored on Blendary’s platform after purchase?

Accepted Answer

No. After purchase, your 3D models are not stored on Blendary’s platform. Once you download your files, they belong to you; please keep a secure backup on your device or cloud storage.

Question 3

Which 3D file formats are available for download, and do you provide technical support?

Accepted Answer

For non-subscribers, downloads are provided in .blend format inside the archive. If you need .OBJ, .GLB or .FBX, join one of our subscription plans to unlock extra formats.

We provide technical support for issues like missing textures or file errors. Please include your Blender version and a short issue description.

⚠️ We cannot provide refunds or exchanges if the model works correctly but does not match your expectations.

Do you provide invoices with or without TAX (VAT)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can issue invoices with or without VAT depending on your status and location. For invoice-based reduced pricing, we require: full name, address and postal code, and ID (DNI/NIE or passport), in line with Spanish law. We process data securely for invoicing and subscription management only.
